Privacy & Data Use
How your data is used
This page explains the basic data-use rules in Team MetaQ Explorer for diagnostic participants.
What data is collected
Name or work identifier, psychometric results, interview answers, peer ratings, generated summaries, IDPs, completion status, technical metadata, and privacy actions.
Why it is used
To build a personal and team diagnostic picture, show the participant a summary, generate an individual development plan, and help the team see aggregate patterns.
AI and profiling
The system uses automated analysis and AI to interpret answers, psychometrics, and peer signals. Outputs are working development hypotheses, not final facts about a person.
Who can see data
The participant sees their own summary and IDP. Team admins see progress, aggregates, diagnostic statuses, and individual participant outputs needed to run the process. External coaches or consultants may receive access only when the team explicitly uses them in the process.
Use limitation
Outputs are for development and coaching only. They must not be used for hiring, firing, compensation, promotion, or formal performance evaluation without a separate legal and organizational process.
Sensitive data
Do not enter health, diagnoses, religion, politics, union membership, sexual life, biometrics, or other protected information. If such data is accidentally entered in free text, request deletion.
Deletion and retention
You can request removal of your name and raw text answers. Numeric, aggregate, and already anonymized data may remain for team statistics and report integrity.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, export, restriction of processing, deletion of raw answers, or withdrawal of consent. Use the contact below.
